HoneyBee - Thurs 25 July 7.30pm (Age restricted 16 years +)

HoneyBee is a new play written by the award-winning poet Eleanor Dillon-Reams, combining spoken word, dance, stand-up and a thumping festival-driven soundtrack. This marathon feat of a show tells the story of Kate, as she journeys to rediscover her identity and self-worth.

Flipping the bird to the patriarchy and dancing in the face of adversity, Kate’s story represents a generation’s search for purpose.

Performed by the writer, it’s Fleabag meets Kate Tempest with a dash of dirty bass.

Join us for one final glittery night of sequins and big hair in London before the show heads up north to the Edinburgh Fringe!

The first half of the evening will be a hand picked selection of the very finest young talent that Eleanor has taught, past and present, featuring predominantly all original work. Elle is honoured and proud as punch to be sharing the stage with the next generation of brilliant new talent, and thrilled at who will be joining her!

“Funny, warm, and honest. Dillon-Reams is kind and careful in her storytelling, and so we dress up with her, laugh with her and worry when it all goes wrong. She may be performing by herself, but when she dances, she’s not alone.” THE GUARDIAN

“Laugh out loud funny in the most wholesome way possible.” BROADWAY BABY

“Brave and touching. HoneyBee she is; Eleanor Dillon-Reams is endearing, committed, and one to watch out for. “ VOICEMAG
